Konig CG-9 Chain Clearance Specifications and Details
The Konig CG-9 tire chain requires a minimum of 9 mm of clearance on the inside sidewall of the tire. While other obstructions may be present, the critical clearance area on most vehicles is the inside sidewall of the tire. This is where the tire comes closest to suspension components like springs, shocks, and struts, as well as brake lines. If you are unsure if your vehicle has the 9 mm of clearance to accommodate this chain, be sure to check your vehicle's owner's manual for more information. If you are still unsure, chat or email with one of our winter traction experts today for help.
